Located at 13102 Queens Forest is a separate non-profit association whose mission is to serve as the fitness and gathering space for residents of Hunters Creek North and Park Forest neighborhoods. Each homeowner current on their annual HOA dues, is eligible to be a member of QFS&TC. There is a $10.00 fee to obtain an electronic security access card for entry into the pool and tennis courts.
A volunteer board comprised of 7 members representing Hunters Creek North and Park Forest and two ex-officio members (current HOA presidents) manage the daily operations, including, grounds maintenance, lifeguard employment, facilities rental, and capital improvements. Hunters Creek North Neighborhood Association appoints the board members who serve a three-year term. In even number calendar years, the rotating 7th position, is a one year appointment.
Our “pocket park” affords us the opportunity to meet neighbors recreationally playing tennis, swimming, shooting hoops, or relaxing under the cool ceiling fan breeze in the cabana.
